CP@clinic Australian Adaptation Using an Implementation Science Approach

This infographic summarizes the successful adaptation and scale-up of the Canadian Community Paramedicine at Clinic (CP@clinic) program in rural Australia using an implementation science approach. By June 2025, the program had expanded across 4 community health services and 35 locations, engaging 676 participants and completing more than 4,000 risk factor actions.
